A couple of years ago I was diagnosed with high blood pressure around 148/98. My doctor prescribed a high blood pressure medicine, but after a month, it dropped too low. I was taken off of the medication, and my pressure went back up. I knew there had to be an alternative method to maintain a healthy pressure. I began a moderate exercise program and healthy diet which did help to an extent, but it was not staying consistent.
